I just bought a Jack LeLane power juicer express at a yard sale, serial # WI220200 and I need an owners manual if possible. I was unsuccessful downloading one online. BTW I am not a "pissed off" customer.

I've had my Power juicer for more than 15 yrs now, and it's been great, now I'm getting a whole new generation hooked on it.
And after 1 week of faithfully doing it, they don't want to stop...

MOTOR IS NOT FUNCTIONING
At first,I plugged in the( Jack-Lalannes) power juicer machine and it was not runned and started. I repeat what I have done previously but I have noticed that the juicer machine was not started again.
That is why I double checked and I pulled out and removed first the rotator blade thinking that there was a foreign object insered in between the blade base and the strainer but I found nothing interrupted in between parts.And so, therefore in my observation that the power juicer machine motor has defected or the either the wiring connection between the motor and the starter switch were defected. and these are my whole observation of the machine..

Been using the power juicer for years and today it gave a burning smell and a big sound from inside the juicer. Also started smelling like something is burning so we stopped the juicer.
Dont have the receipt due to buying the product many years ago so I sent you my drivers license that has my name on it that the credit I used to purchase the product under the same name. Bought from a TV advertisement.

I Please could you tell me where I could purchase your juicer. I had one and it broke.
I have been looking to purchase it again and cant find it in the market except used ones. I need to buy it brand new.
Your juicer is very good and can pump out volumes of juice from fruits and vegetables. Please help.

Product exploded
The product exploded and the content flew all over the house. The pressure from inside the juicer was so big it propelled the ginger through the top, broke it through and the entire kitchen got covered in pulp....

Juicer exploded while juicing ginger. Thankfully, It exploded towards the wall and not near me or my children.
Little sharp pieces of sharred plastic went flying everywhere.
Very scary and dangerous situation. Product should be required to have a safety shut off switch because it was still running after the explosion.

We received one of the jack LA LANE JUICER EXPRESS MACHINES AS A GIFT NEW IN THE BOX.When we took it out to use it leaked all over the place damaging several things in our kitchen.When we called there so called customer support we were told by there customer support department to through it out they no loner support that model?REALLY!As of now in my opinion I would never buy another one of this companys product & would tell everyone of just how poorly there products are made as well as there very poor customer service!

OWED JUICER FOR QUITE A WHILE, AND AFTER IT WAS USED MANY TIMES, THE WHITE POWER BASE THAT BLADES AND THE( SIEVE, OR SCREEN) ARE SCREWED ON -- OR THAT ATTACHED TO THE MOTOR SLOWLY STARTED TO CRACK, AND
LITTTLE AT A TIME, THE CRACKS GOT WIDER AND WIDER, AND HAD TO STOP
USING THE JUICER, BECAUSE IN TIME AND WHOLE UNIT OR WHITE PLASTIC WOULD SPLIT AND NOT SURE WHAT RESULT WOULD TEAR THE MACHINE APART.
NOTIFIED JUICER COMPANY, WHAT MIGHT BE DONE TO REPLACE THE PART OR WHAT TO DO FIX MACHINE. MAYBE ORDER A NEW BASE MOTOR AND WHITE CENTER PART..........THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND ME A NEW MOTOR BASE FOR $38.00 IN THE MAIL CAME A MODEL CL-003AP WHICH DID NOT INTEGRATE ANY OF THE PARTS FOR MY MODEL MT-1000 SHIPPING BACK THE
MODEL CL COST ME MONEY AND THEY REFUNDED $18.00 THRU E-BAY, BUT STILL DID NOT SOLVE MY PROBLEM OF FIXING MY MACHINE WITH A NEW MOTOR, AND THEY DIDN'T CARE TO TALK OF REPAIRING MY MACHINE.

Replacement Motor Review
I ordered a replacement motor back in April around Easter time here it is June and I still have no indication of what or when this part will be in all I keep getting told is that it is on delay. Completely bad business practice I wouldn't order anything from them as I do not trust this part will ever come in and it's all ploy. Buy it , it breaks , you're screwed that should be their business model.
Taking Orders, But Not Delivering!
I placed an order for the 3-part crescent tool, blade, etc. on May 22nd (at just over $44 U.S.) When I ordered, it said to wait 2 - 3 weeks for delivery.
When I didn't receive it in that time frame, I called to inquire and was told that there was a delay, but it would be here by June 22nd. Today, July 5th, with still no parts received, I called again to inquire. Again, I was told about how busy they were, and how my order would still 'be a bit'. Having heard this before, I asked the gentleman I was speaking with to cancel my order.
He said that he did.
(I hope so, but it will be at least 48 hours before I will receive confirmation because their computer system is running very slow right now!)
My advice ... don't order from them because they will likely never send you anything.
Sent for blade & filter, still no parts.
Needed filter & Blade for my power juicer, called to order the kit (blade, filter & loosening tool.) All out of kits, so purchased just blade & filter. Came to $32.98,
I pd. with Credit card. Got the order number to track via UPS. This was done on the 31st of May. They sent parts June 5th. Today is the 13th and UPS still does not show any mailings. Where is it????

CAN'T CLEAN IT, CRESCENT TOOL WAS NOT INCLUDED.
RECEIVED THE JUICER AS A BIRTHDAY PRESENT FROM A FRIEND WHO RECENTLY PASSED AWAY (SO, I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHERE TO RETURN IT)
THE JUICER WORKS GREAT...BUT, I COULDN'T TAKE IT APART TO CLEAN IT. SO, I NOW HAVE A BREEDING GROUND FOR ROTTED PULP AND BACTERIA.
TRIED CALLING AND E-MAILING EVERY NUMBER THAT WAS LISTED, GOT ABSOLUTELY NO-WHERE BECAUSE EITHER THE LINE WAS BUSY OR NOT IN SERVICE AND NO-ONE RESPONDS TO THE E-MAILS.
THERE ARE SITES ON THE INTERNET WHERE YOU CAN PURCHASE THE CRESCENT TOOL (GUESS A WHOLE LOT OF OTHER PEOPLE MUST HAVE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM), BUT WHY SHOULD WE HAVE TO PURCHASE THE TOOL EXTRA, JUST BECAUSE SOME-ONE FORGOT TO PACKAGE IT?
IT WOULD MAKE ME HAPPY IF SOMEONE WOULD SEND ME...FREE OF CHARGE, SINCE THE JUICER HAS ALREADY BEEN PAID FOR...THE CRESCENT TOOL, SO THAT I CAN TAKE THE JUICER APART AND CLEAN IT.
